The dog is family too

April 4, 2010

Here’s a snapshot of my family dog dog playing outside. It took a couple of shot to get it right, since she’s quite the energetic dog. And even though it’s just a tiny bit out of focus, I still kinda like the feel to it. Enjoy :)

I aslo got this shot of my dad sitting in front of his computer beside the window. With the light outside making a high contrast on his face, I took the chance to make a low key photagraphy of him. I love how the  light is causing the shadow details on his forehead.

Family Portrait

April 4, 2010

I snagged this photo of my grandpa this other day.
He was coming up the hill with his bike when my dog saw him and ran over.
As an old fisherman there’s not a day that goes by without him going outside with his bike or working on his boats . He’s no coutch slacker, I’l tell you that

So it’s been some while since I last posted in this blog. But I’m coming back strong.
I’ve cleaned up some some old post, and deleted the not so good ones.  I’m also looking through my hardisc  to deleting bad photos and keep the good ones. Therefor there just might be coming some old unused photos on this blog in the nearby future.

Here are some photos I took before and after I went on an information meting for students who’s going to apply to Bilder Nordic School Of photagraphy next year .  Enjoy ;)

Obama Fever

December 1, 2009

Today its only 8 days untill Obama come to Norway for the Nobel Peace Price, but apparently “he” has taken an early visit.

No, this photo isn’t photoshoped (more than some minor adjustments)
It was actually some journalist from the  norwegian newspaper Aftenposten that was carrying around a full sice  Obama cardboard figure around in Oslo city for a news article.

The first look at my new portfolio

November 19, 2009

After having to learn about spry bars, tags, drop down menus, templeates, javascript, flash gallery and basic coding, I’m finnaly getting somewhere with my portfolio… :D
I’m thinking of creating a neutral logo to put below the lower left corner of the flash gallery. And also but “mydamnportfolio” , “about me” and “contact” in the menu . These will be in a more seethrough and neutral gray colour and have a hover css wich make them more visible.

So what you all think?

Stupid is as stupid does

…So here’s a fun fact.  Apparently,  doing cartwheels while being under the influence isn’t really that smart…Go figure. :)

So, last week we had a lot of projects at school. Therefor this blog got a bit forgotten, but I’m coming back strong

Updates:
I’m currently working on creating my own photo portfolio as my school project, and it’s going to be awesome :D
I’m  going to be working on it with the new  version of dreamweaver. I only have the 30 days free trial .  So hopefully I’ll be done within those days :)

Peace out…
Chris
